I had to call 911 twice before fleeing the hotel immediately. Staff were rude, indifferent, and completely unprofessional—no concern for guest safety or comfort. This isn’t just a bad stay; it’s a potential danger zone. If you’re looking for a quiet, reliable base in Calgary, steer clear of this place. You won’t find peace here—just stress, fear, and regret.

The room was extremely small, with only an old, worn-out bed that made for uncomfortable rest. The bathroom was unclean and looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained. While the kitchen was fully equipped, we didn’t use it due to the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, we missed out on the owner’s shuttle service because we arrived too late. Overall, the property feels overpriced for what’s offered. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for peace, cleanliness, or comfort—there are definitely better options nearby.
