What really stood out was the manager’s thoughtful upgrade to a suite—huge space, fantastic city views, and such a nice surprise! Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Plus, the location is perfect: just a short walk or quick tram ride to downtown attractions, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and local hotspots. If you're visiting Perth and want a central, well-appointed hotel with excellent service, The Westin Perth is an absolute must-book. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with three different pillow options that made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. While there wasn’t a Japanese-speaking staff member during my stay, I did meet a helpful concierge who spoke basic Japanese—just enough to get by, and really friendly. Standard amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided, which is typical for international stays and perfectly acceptable. Overall, the hotel delivers exceptional value, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Perth—it’s a standout choice.

While there’s no pool, the gym is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for staying active. Every element—from the minimalist design to the ambient lighting—felt intentional and calming. It’s rare to find a hotel that balances luxury, wellness, and urban energy so seamlessly. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my return.
