The hotel owner personally came to meet us, likely alerted by the driver upon seeing our destination. He helped carry our luggage up several steps; without him, it would've been a real struggle. When I tried to give him a tip, he refused—such genuine hospitality. After check-in, we were asked to pick our breakfast choices for the next day. Then, he handed us a detailed travel map showing distances and walking times to major attractions, even gave us a book full of photos of ancient sites. Our honeymoon suite had a queen bed and a spacious sofa—I slept on it and found it just as comfortable as the bed. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The outdoor hot tub has continuously circulating warm water; my son spent ages swimming in it and didn’t want to come out. Every morning, breakfast was set up on the balcony with a gentle knock—eating while watching the sea was pure magic. It’s only a 20-minute walk to Fira’s famous blue-domed churches. Public transport confused me, so we took black taxis around town—going to Red Beach cost €30, which felt steep. If you're visiting Santorini, don’t miss the local seafood—it’s nothing like what you get back home. Freshly caught fish and shellfish have that authentic ocean flavor, so vibrant and delicious. However, I’d advise avoiding the open-air restaurant (actually a bar) visible from the balcony to the left. We waited over an hour for three courses that cost €92—expensive and not worth it. On checkout day, they arranged a transfer, but we weren’t sure where to wait. Once again, the owner personally drove us to the pickup point shown in photo one. His kindness and attention to detail made the entire trip unforgettable. I even took a photo with him (photo two). Without hesitation, I highly recommend this place!

Chris went above and beyond by helping us arrange our cruise tour, including transportation, and responded quickly to all our questions. He also shared thoughtful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants—truly helpful for exploring the area. The villa has fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and despite being surrounded by other villas, the area remained peaceful and quiet. One of the highlights? The balcony offers breathtaking views of the sea, where we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning—a truly magical experience. There are two spacious ground-floor bedrooms—one with an ensuite bathroom, the other with its own private bath. The basement unit is cozy and self-contained, featuring a separate entrance, a small living area, a large bedroom with two double beds, and its own bathroom. There’s even a spare bed tucked under the stairs—great for larger groups. You can access the basement from the main living area upstairs, and a safety gate is available if you’re traveling with young kids. If you're not comfortable with heights, this might not be your ideal spot—but if you love panoramic views of the island at night and waking up to a stunning sunrise over the Aegean Sea, look no further. We genuinely had a wonderful time, and a huge thank you to Chris for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
