Small but full of charm, this little gem is perfectly located right next to Mercado Central, yet tucked away in a surprisingly quiet little square—especially nice in February. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with a cleverly designed kitchenette and a cozy mini terrace we absolutely loved enjoying our morning coffee on. Ideal for a quick city break! The bed is just 1.4 meters wide and the mattress is on the softer side, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was excellent—prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout. It’s clear they care about guest experience. If you're looking for a compact, authentic, and convenient base in Valencia, this is a top choice.

Staying at Apartamentos FV Flats Valencia in the Mestalla area was a great choice. The location is perfect—right outside the stadium and just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. We arrived early, but the manager greeted us within 10 minutes and got us checked in without any hassle. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained—with a functional kitchen, reliable air conditioning, and heating for comfort. The only downside is some street noise due to single-pane windows, especially during peak hours. However, it’s manageable, and the overall experience was positive. Great value for money, ideal for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Valencia.

We stayed in Valencia for 18 days with three families, each renting a separate apartment—perfect for us. The units were spacious, bright, and had small balconies that made mornings even better. We stayed right next to Plaza Negrito, which was lively into the evening, but despite the noise from people walking by, we slept incredibly well every night. The location is fantastic—so close to everything, especially the Central Market. We’d go there daily to grab fresh juice, bottled water, and delicious croissants—great for saving money while enjoying local flavors. Staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any request, no matter how small. Truly top-notch service. Overall: Location – 10/10, Apartment Space – 10/10, Interior Design – 9/10, Cleanliness – 7/10 (still very clean overall), Attitude & Availability – 10/10. The extras were impressive: a great Moka coffee maker, high-quality shower gel and hand soap, excellent dish soap, a fully functional washing machine, and a powerful microwave. One note: all outlets are two-pin only, so if you have three-prong plugs, bring an adapter—though there are plenty of sockets available. Nothing was missing during our entire stay. Everything worked perfectly. This place truly has it all—comfort, convenience, and care. I highly recommend it!
