The staff are professional and friendly, and the breakfast restaurant is busy but worth the wait—great value for the price. As a guest, I enjoyed discounts and could order à la carte until 3 PM. The rooftop dining area offers a nice view of a famous landmark building, making it a great spot for photos. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the service is consistently warm and attentive—definitely reflects the quality of an IHG property. Outside the hotel, just a few steps to the right, is Kwik Kee, where the pork floss and almond cookies are delicious.
