I stayed at B&B HOTEL Valencia Ciudad de las Ciencias for one night and was really pleased with the experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size—although the bed was a bit on the smaller side, it was still comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel is located a bit outside the main tourist area, so you’ll need to take a taxi or bus to reach nearby attractions, but that’s not a big issue if you’re driving. One of the best things? Free and secure parking on-site—perfect for those arriving by car. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome. Overall, great value for money and a solid choice if you're visiting Valencia and want a quiet, reliable base. I’d definitely stay here again.

We especially appreciated the excellent luggage storage located just next door, and even though we didn’t use the bike rental service, knowing guests can safely leave their bikes overnight is a huge plus. It’s such a thoughtful touch. Exploring Russafa was a highlight—we fell in love with this vibrant neighborhood full of charming cafés, boutiques, and local vibes. The communication and customer service were exceptional—far beyond what you typically get with standard bookings. Truly top-tier hospitality. Our 10-night stay at Primus Valencia was absolutely wonderful until the last night, when our bag was stolen. The local police were not very helpful, and we were left without phones, cash, or bank cards—definitely a stressful situation. But the hotel staff went above and beyond to support us. They helped us contact family back home so we could send flight details, arranged for relatives to pay the hotel directly, and even organized lunch, a taxi to the airport, and assistance with police paperwork. Their kindness and efficiency made all the difference during a really tough moment. Despite the unfortunate incident, the hotel’s excellent location, cleanliness, and genuinely caring staff made our entire experience outstanding. I couldn’t be more grateful for their support. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-located hotel with exceptional service, this is definitely a top choice.
