The microwave was extremely dirty, with dried food residue inside, making it unusable. Additionally, the water heater in the bathroom didn’t work properly—hot water was inconsistent, often switching between cold and scalding, which made showering frustrating. While the apartment is spacious (130 sqm) and comes with three private bathrooms, the overall condition of the facilities needs significant improvement. A better cleaning standard and regular maintenance would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. It’s a shame because the location and layout have potential, but current issues detract from the value.
