While the building has some age, the interior furnishings and decor are remarkably well-maintained and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering great value for money. I stayed here for over 10 days and had a fantastic experience overall. The condo is charming, well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—plus, having a separate bedroom made it feel more like a home away from home. It’s literally steps from a shopping center and a supermarket, so everything I needed was within walking distance. Public transit to downtown is also very convenient. The fitness area is small but functional. My flight arrived early in the morning, and the host was kind enough to allow an early check-in with no extra charge—great flexibility! There was a minor issue one morning when construction noise from the neighboring unit woke me up at 7 a.m., but it only happened once and wasn’t a recurring problem. I did notice there weren’t enough towels for my extended stay, but the host quickly provided more upon request—very responsive. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. With its great location, comfort, and friendly service, I’d definitely book again if I return to São Paulo.
