Despite that, the hotel refused to return my deposit. Even worse, they didn’t provide a new or even clean towel—just reused the same old ones. This kind of policy feels unfair and almost like theft. It’s unacceptable to penalize guests for minor, unintentional incidents, especially when no replacement is offered. I truly hope management will reconsider this practice—it seriously damages trust and reputation.
