Everyone on staff was incredibly kind and attentive. One small suggestion: at breakfast, there’s a photo frame indicating it’s not self-service, but it’s placed in a spot that’s hard to see. When we tried to serve ourselves since no one was around, we were gently reminded it wasn’t allowed—which felt awkward, especially since we later noticed several other guests had the same experience. Also, while items like cream cheese, jam, dulce de leche, butter, and more are available, they’re not clearly displayed or mentioned, so guests might miss them entirely. That said, these are just minor improvements—not at all detracting from how exceptional the hotel truly is. The hot water gets scalding instantly—there’s no way to cool it down once it’s on, so installing a thermostatic mixer would help avoid accidents. Lastly, the kitchen is missing some essentials like a hairdryer, iron, cutting boards, and serving dishes—adding these would make it even better. But honestly, these are minor issues.
