We appreciated the complimentary water and welcome non-alcoholic drinks, and the free 15-minute massage was a lovely touch — we upgraded it to 45 minutes, which was absolutely worth it. Just an 8-minute walk to Santafé Mall (with an underground grocery store), everything we needed was within reach. The fully stocked fridge and bar with paid items were super convenient for late-night snacks or drinks. Breakfast was a highlight — a generous buffet featuring fresh fruits, hot soups, and a wide variety of options. Staff at breakfast and evening bar were attentive and friendly. Special shout-out to Tatiana and Andres, and also to a chef or kitchen team member who kindly checked in on us while we were just browsing — such a small gesture but truly memorable. The room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—luxury meets practicality. The bed was so cozy I barely wanted to get up in the morning. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. They even offered to carry our luggage upstairs—small touches that made a big difference.
