The TV is super convenient—it supports YouTube and even lets you browse the web, which is rare in this price range. And the bedside light control? Genius—no need to get out of bed to switch off the lights. Check-in at T2 was seamless: staff helped me ride an electric scooter directly to my building’s entrance and even carried my luggage up—such a thoughtful touch. Check-out was just as easy; each building has its own front desk, so no need to go back to T2. Daily housekeeping is available, but if you don’t want them to come in, just let them know—they’re very polite and always ask if you need water or anything else. The restaurant is located in T3 and is beautifully designed, offering a great mix of breakfast, Chinese, and Western options from 6 to 10 AM. After 10, they gently remind you to wrap things up—very considerate. One highlight: free tuk-tuk bookings to and from Nimman Road are included, and the return tuk-tuk drops off right across from the road—just a quick walk to find. The resort-like campus has so many spots to explore: cozy bars, a barber shop, Japanese dining, hot pot restaurants… It feels like living in a little urban retreat. Honestly, this place exceeded all expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Chiang Mai.
