Arrived late at night with a tight schedule, so I chose this hotel for its great value and clean rooms. The room was simple but spotless, perfect for a quick rest after a long flight. What stood out was the complimentary breakfast for two—fresh and delicious, giving us a great start to the day. It's also very convenient for getting around town via public transit. For travelers on a budget who want comfort and convenience, this is an excellent choice. 10/10 would stay again!

The private room at Casa de Ana was comfortable and clean, which made for a pleasant stay overall. However, we were disappointed that hot water wasn’t available throughout our entire stay—this was especially inconvenient during the cooler evenings. The property also had noticeable noise from the street and neighboring areas, making it hard to sleep peacefully at night. Location-wise, it’s not the most appealing; the neighborhood feels a bit run-down and lacks charm. That said, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option in Cancun and don’t mind these drawbacks, it could work as a basic overnight stop. Just be prepared for some compromises.

Casa Kimaya looked promising in the photos, but reality was a major letdown. The bathrooms were filthy and the toilets didn’t work properly—water kept spilling from the tank, turning the floor into a puddle. To make matters worse, the toilet and shower were in the same space with no door for privacy—very uncomfortable. I even spotted a rat and cockroaches during my stay, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. While some of these issues might be tolerable if you're prepared, the price is completely unjustified. Paying $350 per night for the entire house? That’s a total rip-off. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and decent stay in Cancun, this isn’t the place. There are far better options available at a fraction of the cost.

Staying at this property was an absolute delight from start to finish. Located right in the heart of Cancún, it’s just a short 8-minute walk to the beach—perfect for catching sunrise or sunset strolls. Everything you need is within walking distance: Plaza Nichupté is literally right outside the door, with great dining options like Café Nader and Sushi Roll. Across the street, you’ll find a 24-hour McDonald’s, Subway, Go Mart, and more—all super convenient. Just a 5-minute walk away is Parque Kabah, ideal for a relaxing afternoon. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable, with clean, well-maintained amenities. The pools are spotless and inviting—crystal-clear water that makes you want to spend all day lounging by the edge. With such an unbeatable location, excellent cleanliness, and a vibrant neighborhood vibe, this place truly delivers on every front. If you’re looking for a stress-free, fun-filled vacation in Cancún, this is the perfect base. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay at Mura Hotel Boutique! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach and downtown, making it super convenient for exploring Cancun. The staff are friendly and speak excellent English, always ready to help with any request. The hotel itself feels brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable—especially the beds, which were some of the most relaxing I’ve ever slept on. Every detail was thoughtfully done, from the modern design to the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. This place truly delivers on comfort and quality. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, hassle-free getaway in Cancun.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property didn’t match what was shown in the listing. The photos were misleading—real conditions were far worse, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance. The walls were stained, and overall upkeep was poor. Most concerning was a large section of the wall beneath the living room air conditioner missing—very noticeable and a serious safety hazard. The bathroom window couldn’t be locked, which felt risky in a city like Cancun. Key amenities were also non-functional: the stove wouldn’t work, and the provided lighter failed to ignite, making cooking impossible. Our airport transfer wasn’t properly assigned to our name, causing a long delay in finding the place after landing. We were also disappointed that the welcome gift mentioned in our confirmation email never arrived. The shower door was broken and kept swinging inward during use, forcing us to improvise with towels just to make it usable. Even more frustrating was arriving on time, only to be delayed by a cleaning staff member who brought her child and didn’t allow entry until 4 PM—completely unprofessional. While they required a gate code and insisted on downloading an app that accessed personal devices, these measures didn’t feel secure. In fact, the windows had rusty bars and were clearly insecure. I tried reaching out before leaving to report issues and request early check-out, but received no response. Later, I contacted the platform directly for help, but got no resolution either. This lack of communication and support from management made the entire experience extremely stressful and disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport—about 30 minutes by car, and they offer complimentary shuttle service, which made my arrival stress-free. The overall environment is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The lobby has a modern yet cozy vibe, and the room was spacious with comfortable bedding and excellent air conditioning—perfect for beating the tropical heat. I appreciated how close it was to local restaurants, shops, and convenience stores; everything I needed was within walking distance. What stood out most was the great value for money—excellent quality without the premium price. If I’m back in Cancun, this will definitely be my go-to choice again.

The stay was absolutely wonderful—I ended up extending my booking by one extra night because I didn’t want to leave! Everything about the hotel was top-notch, from the clean and quiet rooms to the exceptional hospitality. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering a laundry service—such a thoughtful touch. Despite being located right next to a busy street, the room remained peaceful and well-insulated. Daily cleaning was done with care, and two bottles of water were always left for me each day. It’s rare to find such attention to detail and genuine warmth in a place like this. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cancun—this is more than just a hotel, it’s a home away from home.

Staying at Habitation Potter was a refreshing change from the typical resort-style hotels in Cancun. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience feel personal and warm. I especially appreciated that the location wasn’t in the crowded hotel zone—instead, we were tucked into a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of local restaurants and cafes nearby. It felt more authentic and gave us a real sense of being in a Mexican community. One minor downside: the Wi-Fi signal was weak in our upstairs room, so we had to rely on our phone’s hotspot for reliable internet. Also worth noting—there’s no coffee available on-site—but don’t worry! Just a short walk away, we found a cozy little café with excellent coffee and great vibes. Overall, this place offers a unique, local flavor with solid value for money. Perfect for travelers who want to step off the beaten path and enjoy a more genuine stay in Cancun.

We were lucky enough to be assigned the penthouse suite—just for us on the top floor, complete with a private patio and a great view. The space itself was fantastic and very comfortable. However, getting there was a bit of a challenge. The first and second floors felt more like a prison dormitory—loud music, strong smells of alcohol and cigarettes, and loud shouting from men who clearly weren’t on vacation. It felt more like a long-term residence than a hostel for travelers. The location is excellent—super convenient for exploring Cancún—but this place isn’t ideal for families or anyone seeking a quiet stay. If you’re okay with a lively, somewhat chaotic atmosphere and don’t mind the vibe of the lower floors, it could work. But if peace and quiet are priorities, you might want to look elsewhere.

Staying at The Boat House Cancun was an absolute highlight of my trip! The place is spotless—every corner feels fresh and well-maintained. The host couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful; they made me feel like a local, not just a guest. What really stood out was the incredible value for money—luxury amenities and a unique boat-inspired stay without the premium price tag. It’s perfectly located for exploring downtown Cancun, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this is a must-try experience. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special, authentic, and truly memorable.

Studiotel Cancún was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely willing to accommodate our needs—no hesitation at all when we had special requests. It felt personal and thoughtful. The room matched exactly what was shown online, which is rare these days, so no surprises upon arrival. The property feels recently renovated—clean, modern, and well-maintained, making the whole experience feel fresh and comfortable. Any minor issues were addressed quickly and efficiently, showing great responsiveness. The only small downside? The exterior signage isn’t very clear, but it’s still easy to find once you’re close. It’s a bit far from downtown, so taxis can add up, but its proximity to the airport makes it perfect for early departures or late-night arrivals. If you value convenience, comfort, and friendly service, this hotel delivers. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a reliable, hassle-free stay in Cancún.
