Staying at RealVenetians was an absolute highlight of my trip to Venice! A special thanks to staff member 20049—his friendly and professional service made a huge difference. He went above and beyond by helping with check-in, offering great local recommendations for dining spots, and even sharing tips on navigating the city via public transit. The apartment is perfectly located just a short walk from the Grand Canal, so you can enjoy the authentic charm of Venice right outside your door. Clean, well-equipped, and cozy, it felt like home away from home. With such excellent service and unbeatable value, this place truly stands out. I’d highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a genuine Venetian experience. Wishing the team continued success—may your guest list keep growing!
My wife Elife booked this guest house, and I just wanted to share how truly exceptional it was. We arrived from Bournemouth late Thursday evening—passed through passport control after 10:30 PM—and had to catch a water taxi to reach the property. Before our arrival, we exchanged emails with Alfonso, who gave us incredibly clear, step-by-step directions on how to get from the airport to the Biennale. The recommended route via water taxi worked perfectly. He specified exactly where to board (at the airport terminal), where to disembark (Lido, then St Elena), and even described key visual cues—like building colors—to help us navigate the final stretch. By 1 AM Friday, we finally arrived, completely exhausted, and headed straight to bed. That said, the room was quite cold upon entry, especially since temperatures dipped below freezing that night. Thankfully, extra blankets were provided—very much appreciated! The next morning, we let Alfonso know about the chill, and he promptly followed up. When we returned Friday evening, the room was warm and comfortable—proof of his genuine care for guests. The location is about a 30-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, but the journey itself is pleasant, with plenty of charming streets and canals to explore along the way. One tip: if you’re able to walk a bit further, consider using the Arsenale water taxi stop—it’s only a 15-minute walk from the property and offers a more convenient access point from the airport and back. Overall, would we recommend this guest house? Absolutely. Alfonso is an outstanding host—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making your stay enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning here on our next trip to Venice.
Staying at Hotel Excelsior Venice for three nights was an absolute delight. The hotel is incredibly quiet in the evenings, and the bed was so comfortable that even after a long flight from Vienna with back pain, I woke up feeling completely refreshed. When we checked in, we requested a twin-bed room instead of the double bed we were initially assigned—although it caused a slight delay with dinner, the manager personally escorted us to the restaurant and even treated us to free drinks and a salad while we waited. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. The room was cleaned promptly every day, and they even turned down the beds at night—such thoughtful touches. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and dinner was excellent, especially with a glass of wine by the sea. The pool maintains a perfect temperature, and the sea water is warm enough to swim in—great for families with kids who also loved the on-site playground. Best of all, the hotel offers free shuttle boats to the main island every 30 minutes, running until 11 PM—perfect for exploring without worrying about transport. This place is highly convenient, well-maintained, and full of charm. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I visit Venice.

I left feeling refreshed and already planning my next visit. This is one of those rare places you just want to come back to again and again. Highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation and authentic hospitality.
Staying at Hotel Panorama was an absolute highlight of my trip to Venice! The breakfast buffet was outstanding: fresh, well-prepared, and varied with excellent quality—from the croissants to the coffee, everything felt premium. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the overall experience was top-notch. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice—it’s truly one of the best places I’ve stayed in Italy.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming hotel on Murano Island. Being a bit removed from the bustling heart of Venice actually worked in its favor—peaceful, quiet, and truly relaxing. The moment I stepped out of my room, I was greeted by stunning views of the lagoon and the gentle sound of water. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. Staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Getting here requires a short boat ride, but it’s part of the charm—feels like stepping into a different world. If I ever return to Venice, I’d definitely choose this hotel again. A perfect blend of tranquility, beauty, and authentic Venetian atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful getaway.

From the moment you step in, the warm hospitality and attention to detail set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The views from the rooms are simply breathtaking—especially the canal vistas that unfold with every sunrise. Staying at Oasis Lagoon Estate was the perfect escape from the crowds and noise of central Venice. San Marco is just a 30-minute walk or short vaporetto ride away—super convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality appliances, and even a laundry machine. Everything you need—grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, the beach, and the vaporetto station—is within a 5-minute stroll. The view? Absolutely breathtaking—wide-open vistas of the lagoon that make every morning feel like a postcard. The island of Lido is charming and worth exploring on foot or by bike. I absolutely love Venice, and if I ever return, I’d definitely make Lido my home base. This place offers peace, comfort, and incredible value—all in a serene, scenic setting.
Staying at Hyatt Centric Murano Venice was an absolute highlight of my trip to Venice. Located on the serene island of Murano, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the crowds, yet it’s just a short walk from the waterfront and perfect for quiet strolls along the canals. The views are breathtaking—especially from the rooms facing the lagoon—and every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The staff went above and beyond with warm, efficient service; I especially appreciated how quickly the manager handled a small request, which made a big difference. The on-site restaurant served delicious, authentic Italian meals, and the breakfast spread was fresh and varied. It's not just about the location or the scenery—it's the attention to detail, comfort, and genuine hospitality that made this one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays I’ve had in Italy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful, and well-run escape in Venice.
