We booked our room over a month in advance, but despite multiple attempts to contact the owner for confirmation, we received no response. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was extremely unfriendly. They took our passports, photographed them, and then took pictures of us without asking for consent—this made us feel very uncomfortable. The staff then called their boss, put me on the phone, and told me outright that they couldn’t provide us with a room and that there was nothing they could do to help. It was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. We were left stranded with no alternative accommodation arranged. This experience was far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

They went above and beyond—especially on my birthday with a surprise celebration that brought tears to my eyes. The rooms are clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Great amenities, excellent service, and such a great value for money. Location is perfect—close to transit and all the local favorites. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for warmth, comfort, and a touch of magic in Mumbai.

Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and full of variety, giving me a great start to each day. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully curated, and the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend Garden Creek Residency to any traveler visiting Mumbai.

OYO Hotel Blue Sapphire Residency Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport
This was by far the worst hotel stay of my life. The room was extremely dirty, and the bathroom faucet had serious water flow issues—sometimes it would barely drip. I was told the room came with air conditioning, but when I arrived, the AC simply didn’t work at all, making the room unbearable in the heat. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was completely non-functional—I couldn’t even check messages or find my way around. I’ve stayed in many budget hotels before, but nothing has ever been this bad. The condition of the room was shocking, and the overall experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even for a quick overnight stop.

My stay at Golden Chariot the Boutique Hotel, Andheri was just okay. When I arrived, the hotel wasn’t ready to accommodate the five guests I had booked for—thankfully they were willing to work it out later. However, one TV in the room didn’t work, which was a bit frustrating. The bathroom drainage also looked unclean and needed attention. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad, but there were noticeable issues with basic amenities and cleanliness. If they improved maintenance and housekeeping standards, it could be a much better option.
