Water pressure was excellent, so showering was a breeze. I was really impressed with the soundproofing—the room stayed quiet even during late-night activities in the hallway. Special thanks to staff member Yue Jiacai for going the extra mile by arranging a fridge magnet as a little souvenir—such thoughtful touches really make a difference. The service robot delivered items quickly and efficiently, adding a modern, tech-savvy vibe to the stay. Located near People's Park, it’s super convenient for exploring downtown Urumqi via metro. Despite the late hour, they greeted us warmly and made check-in smooth and stress-free—truly appreciated! The hotel is perfectly located near transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city or take the metro for quick access. While the hotel currently doesn’t offer triple rooms, which would be a nice addition, every other aspect was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. And the best part? The neighborhood is packed with amazing local street food—so many tempting options like juicy lamb skewers, fresh hand-pulled buns, and authentic Xinjiang-style pilaf. I couldn’t help but snap a few photos of the delicious eats nearby! Overall, this was a fantastic stay with great value, friendly service, and an unbeatable location. I’d definitely book here again if I return to Urumqi.
