The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had excellent soundproofing—no noise from the hallway or outside, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. Super convenient, clean, and great value. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Urumqi.

It’s clear the brand is continuously improving and paying attention to details. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming—especially one lady who stood out with her bright smile and helpful attitude.
