The hotel didn’t just help with the incident—they offered a fresh fruit platter and even arranged a late checkout, showing genuine care. Every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations: impeccable cleanliness, excellent facilities, peaceful surroundings, and top-tier service. The late-night porridge delivery was a sweet surprise that truly warmed my heart. This is more than a hotel—it’s hospitality with soul.
