But step inside, and you’re instantly greeted by a calm, thoughtfully designed space that feels both modern and welcoming. The ground floor café is a real gem: we had fresh pesto pasta and flavorful pita pockets, both delicious and perfectly balanced. Bonus surprise — we got a room upgrade with no extra cost! The room lived up to its minimalist Scandinavian vibe, clean and serene, yet softened with bohemian accents that made it feel warm and personal. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth. The atmosphere was peaceful, breakfast was satisfying, and the staff went above and beyond with genuine smiles and attentive service. A true hidden gem in the heart of the city — perfect for a relaxing escape without sacrificing style or comfort.

The lobby feels outdated and dimly lit, and the room furnishings are worn and dated. The air conditioning unit is extremely noisy, running constantly through the night and disrupting sleep. The mattress is uncomfortable with noticeable springs that creak with every movement. Staff responses are slow and lack initiative when assistance is needed. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, and hot water supply is inconsistent—often requiring long waits for a proper shower. My stay was extremely disappointing. The actual rooms looked nothing like the photos on the website—dusty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There was no hot water in the bathroom, faucets were leaking, towels were stained and dirty, and there was no working TV. The lack of basic upkeep made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. This property shouldn't be listed at all if the information is misleading. It's clear the photos don't reflect reality, and guests deserve better transparency. Please reconsider how properties are displayed to avoid false expectations.
