This was our second stay at Novotel Suites Wien City Donau, and we were genuinely touched by the thoughtful gesture of having our previous room reserved for us. It’s always a delight to return to a place that remembers you—especially when the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great layout perfect for both work and relaxation. The location is excellent: just a short metro ride from the city center, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops. Everything feels convenient and well-connected. We truly appreciate the personal touch and the seamless experience. Will definitely be back—highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Vienna!

Even though the hotel isn’t located in the city center, it’s just steps from the U1 subway station, making downtown access a quick 10–15 minute ride—super convenient. It’s also only one stop away from the United Nations headquarters, perfect for business travelers or those attending meetings in the area. Right on the ground floor, there’s a fast-food spot and a decent-sized supermarket, so all daily essentials are easily accessible. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—when I mentioned a slight odor in my initial room, they immediately arranged a room change with no hassle. I also appreciated the complimentary milk and coffee available in the lobby, which was a nice touch, especially during colder months. The room itself is well-equipped with a kitchenette including an oven and microwave, ideal for self-catering. Cleanliness was excellent—no issues at all. The interior design feels warm and inviting, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. We didn’t have high expectations, but this hotel turned out to be perfect for a family road trip. The parking garage is right next door, though spaces are limited—so definitely book your spot when reserving the room. Upon arrival, we parked briefly, checked in at the front desk, picked up the remote for the garage, dropped off our bags, drove in, parked, and walked straight back into the hotel—super smooth. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there are several supermarkets and takeout restaurants nearby. Getting to Schönbrunn Palace and the city center is easy via public transit—just a 5-6 minute walk to the U1 subway station. The breakfast restaurant is cozy and the food is solid, so I’d highly recommend booking with breakfast included. Overall, an excellent choice that exceeded our expectations.

Public transport links are solid, making it convenient for exploring Vienna. Overall, the location, views, and amenities make this a top-tier choice—definitely worth returning to.

I've stayed at NH hotels before, and this one definitely lives up to the reputation. The location is excellent—super convenient for getting around Vienna, with easy access to public transit right outside. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety with both international and local options, making it easy to start the day right. The only downside? Like many hotels in Vienna lately, prices have gone up noticeably over the past couple of years. Still, considering the quality, location, and overall experience, it's a solid value and definitely worth booking again.
