One highlight was the parking arrangement: we paid a small daily fee for a covered, secure underground spot, which made life so much easier—no more stressing about finding a place to park in the narrow streets of Nice. Plus, there’s a shared kitchen available for guests to cook meals, with a cozy dining area right next to reception. There’s also a free coffee machine offering espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and milk—available anytime without extra charges. It’s such a thoughtful touch! Everything about our stay was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers who value convenience, comfort, and a home-like atmosphere.

The main gate is on the roadside, but it’s set at an angle, and the narrow street has two large trash bins blocking the view, making it easy to miss. A small sign or slight repositioning of the bins would help a lot. Despite that, the hotel offers great value for money and is definitely worth considering if you're visiting Nice.

I can't believe this place! This hostel is a complete disgrace and feels like a scam. I paid a premium price for my stay, but the room was in terrible condition—plastic cutlery found on the floor (photos attached), and the shower was completely broken. The double curtains were actually used as a blanket on the bed—how could they even allow that? It's shocking how unhygienic and poorly maintained this place is. After reading other reviews, it's clear this isn’t just an isolated case—it’s a consistently bad experience. To make matters worse, it’s located in one of the worst neighborhoods in Nice. The area feels unsafe, and getting around is a hassle. If you’re looking for a decent, clean, and safe stay in Nice, avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s not worth the money, and it’s clearly not up to basic standards.
