Also noticed the elevator touchscreens didn’t respond properly when touched, but that was a minor glitch. Despite those small issues, the location, vibe, and service made up for it. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m back in NYC.

The towering skyscrapers and iconic smokestacks lining the streets give the whole area a unique, energetic vibe. Despite the pricey surroundings, this hotel offers great value and comfort. I was genuinely impressed by the convenience and atmosphere. If I ever return to New York, I’d definitely choose this hotel again.
