One thing to note: if you're sensitive to noise, you might hear some singing from the downstairs karaoke bar before 10 PM. Also, the air conditioning in the room runs very cold—definitely turned it down a bit and used extra blankets, which thankfully were provided. Overall, this is a great value for the location and quality. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Taipei.

Daily water replenishment was prompt, and the nightly turndown service went above and beyond—my room was refreshed, essentials restocked, and everything put back just right. The location is fantastic: surrounded by excellent restaurants and easily accessible via public transit to major attractions. Every team member I interacted with showed genuine care and professionalism. It’s rare to find such consistent attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality. I can’t wait to return.

Hua Da Hotel - Nanxi
I absolutely loved my stay at Hua Da Hotel - Nanxi! The place was spotless, and the owner couldn’t have been more welcoming. It has a similar vibe to a Korean motel, but the bedding is top-notch—definitely hotel-quality, which made a big difference. Just a heads-up: Taiwan doesn’t have much heating, especially during December to March, so if you're visiting then, bringing a small electric heater or heat pack can make your stay much more comfortable. The facilities are great for the price—really good value. Since I speak some Chinese, communication was easy, and I even extended my stay just to enjoy a relaxed final day of good food, rest, and fun. I’ll definitely be back! And while I didn’t get many photos (oops!), the room and amenities were exactly as shown online—clean, well-maintained, and stylish. Highly recommend!

Stayed for one night on Thursday, and the price of around 7,000 JPY for two people was absolutely excellent value. The room had great soundproofing—no noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout. All amenities were well-maintained and fully equipped, including quality toiletries and a reliable hairdryer. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right in the heart of the neighborhood with convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops just a short walk away. Public transportation is super accessible too, making it easy to get around Taipei. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely book again if I’m back in Taipei. Highly recommend!
