Despite being on the first level, there was zero noise from the street—thanks to excellent soundproofing windows, which made the room incredibly peaceful. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped: a comfortable double bed, reliable Wi-Fi, a safe, air conditioning, and a TV—all the essentials. It’s perfectly positioned halfway between the train station and Piazza Bra, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Free fresh water is available via dispenser in the common area, and guests can use a shared fridge. At check-out, you’re asked to leave the local tourist tax deposit in the room—simple and straightforward. Luggage storage is available in a secure corner with CCTV monitoring, which is great if you arrive early or need to leave late. One small suggestion: communication via WhatsApp could be faster since the owners aren’t physically present, and responses sometimes take hours.
