Staying at Hotel Leon d'Oro was an absolute delight from the moment we arrived. The interior design is stunning—elegant, timeless, and full of character, like stepping into a beautifully curated European villa. The lush green courtyard with tall palm trees feels like a hidden oasis, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Verona. Breakfast was exceptional—fresh, diverse, and delicious, with local flavors that made every bite worth savoring. Best of all, it’s just a 10-minute walk to both the train station and bus terminal, making travel around the city super convenient. Whether you're here for leisure or business, this hotel delivers comfort, charm, and value in spades. A truly memorable stay.

A truly special stay at Il Relais. Just four suites, but each one radiates the timeless charm and ambiance of the 1920s—elegant, refined, and utterly unique. The attention to detail is remarkable: from Etro toiletries to breakfast served on exquisite silverware, every element feels thoughtfully curated. Dining at the charming Locanda di Castelvecchio downstairs elevates the experience to something truly sublime. It’s not just a hotel—it’s an atmosphere, a moment, a memory. Grateful for the unforgettable visit.

We stayed several nights in a family suite at this property and truly enjoyed our experience. I was initially hesitant due to the limited number of reviews, but it turns out the hotel is connected with a Best Western located just a few doors down—this is where we checked in and had breakfast each morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for our family. We chose this location because we had a few day trips planned, and it’s just a short walk to the train station. It’s positioned roughly halfway between Verona’s main tourist area and the station, which worked perfectly for us. That said, I’m giving it four stars only because the price during our Christmas visit was extremely high—higher than what we paid for a stay at the Waldorf in Rome! If rates had been more reasonable, this place would have easily earned five stars. Despite that, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a convenient, comfortable base in Verona.

Stayed for three nights and overall experience was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was one day when housekeeping forgot to clean the room, but instead of just a simple apology, the hotel generously offered a complimentary breakfast for the next day. To our surprise, upon checkout, we found that all three breakfasts had been waived! That was such a pleasant surprise—definitely above and beyond. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the city center, and everything about the stay felt thoughtfully managed. I’d definitely return and recommend this place to anyone visiting Verona.

Staying at Leonardo Hotel Verona was an absolute delight! Despite its compact size, the hotel feels surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully designed. The lobby is cozy and inviting, creating a warm welcome from the moment you step in. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—staff at the front desk and coffee bar were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was a highlight: abundant choices with high-quality dishes, from fresh pastries and local specialties to classic continental options. Everything tasted great and was beautifully presented. The location is convenient for exploring Verona’s historic center, and the overall experience made this hotel a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night, but the entire experience was absolutely worth the trip. Located just steps away from Verona's fairgrounds, this beautifully restored historic building blends timeless charm with modern comfort. The owner, an architect, welcomed us warmly and shared fascinating stories over breakfast—our conversation flowed effortlessly as we swapped travel tales. The garden is a true highlight: lush, shaded by trees and plants, perfect for unwinding in peace. With such warmth, beauty, and attention to detail, I’ll definitely be back.

I always stay at Hotel Piccolo whenever I visit Verona—either here or at Martini, or the slightly more upscale Guesthouse. I’ve never been disappointed. The rooms are simple but perfectly equipped with everything you need: comfy beds, quiet surroundings, and a great breakfast that sets the tone for the day. What really stands out is the location—just a short walk from the city center and right next to the Arena. It’s unbeatable for exploring the historic heart of Verona without having to deal with long commutes. Clean, friendly, and consistently excellent service. This place has become my go-to choice every time I’m in town.

Our stay at Fiore di Loto was absolutely disappointing and ruined our entire trip to Verona. We arrived at 6:15 PM, right on time according to the check-in window, but there was no one at the front desk—no staff, no response on the phone. After waiting nearly 45 minutes, someone finally answered, and instead of apologizing, they actually laughed at us for being late. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s unacceptable. The hotel still requires in-person check-in in 2024, with no self-check-in options or keyless entry systems, which is surprising given how common those are now. We were trying to make it to the Arena di Verona on time, but this delay caused us to miss part of our plans. The atmosphere was far from peaceful or serene—more like indifferent and chaotic. There’s nothing zen about this place. Poor communication, lack of basic hospitality, and a complete absence of operational efficiency. If you’re looking for a quiet, thoughtful retreat, avoid this property. It’s not worth it.

Staying at Albergo Trento was an absolute highlight of my trip to Verona. The location couldn’t be better—just a stone’s throw from the Arena, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city on foot. The staff were beyond kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Free parking was a huge plus, especially with all the sightseeing plans. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with a refreshing, subtle scent that made the space feel so inviting. Breakfast was delicious and well-balanced, offering great quality and variety. I truly can’t recommend this place enough—every detail is thoughtfully done. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d happily tell anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Verona to book here.

Hotel Siros is a hidden gem in Verona! Located just a short walk from Borgo Roma Hospital, it's incredibly convenient for travelers needing easy access to medical facilities or those planning to stay longer. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with staff who are genuinely kind, courteous, and always ready to assist. The room is simple but comfortable—equipped with a microwave, fridge, and spotless bathroom with all the essentials. Despite being a two-star property, it feels more upscale thanks to the attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, well-prepared, and served with genuine hospitality. The team goes the extra mile to ensure guests feel at ease throughout their stay. After this experience, Hotel Siros has become our go-to choice whenever we visit Verona. It’s now our preferred place to stay, and we’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Appartamento Vittoria was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and perfectly located just a short walk from Verona’s charming city center—ideal for exploring on foot. Parking was easy to access, which was a big plus. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept like babies thanks to the quality mattress. Communication with the host was seamless—quick responses via WhatsApp whenever I had questions, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. The space felt spacious and well thought out, with everything you’d need for a cozy stay. I’d absolutely book again without hesitation. Truly a top-tier choice in Verona.

Staying at Massimago Wine Suites in Verona was an absolute delight! The room was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a grand piano that added such a romantic touch—perfect for a quiet evening with a loved one. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The shower area has a unique, intimate design that’s ideal for couples seeking a little privacy and charm. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—everything you’d want to explore in Verona is just a short walk away. Whether it’s the historic center, local restaurants, or scenic spots, everything is within easy reach. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Verona, especially couples looking for a memorable and cozy getaway.
