Staying at Relais Empire was a wonderful experience overall. The room was beautifully designed, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the kitchen area offered plenty of space for preparing meals—very convenient. The only minor issue was a strange noise coming from the ceiling during the night—almost like something was stuck in the air duct, turning on and off intermittently. It was noticeable but not disruptive during the day; however, it did feel unsettling in the middle of the night. Despite that, the stay was truly enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its charm, comfort, and great value.

That kind of attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Overall, this was an exceptional stay—highly recommended for families seeking comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, and all the essentials—perfect for self-catering. It’s rare to find such a well-located, spacious, and practical apartment at this price point. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Verona.
