The welcome was incredibly warm—our host greeted us with a bright smile and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, with exceptional bedding that made for a truly restful night's sleep. Located just a 20-minute walk from the airport, a 5-minute stroll to the central train station, and perfectly situated on the main pedestrian street, this place is ideal for exploring Pisa. The famous Leaning Tower is only a short walk away—no need for taxis or long transit rides. Everything you need is within reach, all while enjoying a peaceful, charming atmosphere. We can't recommend it enough!

The location is quiet yet convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions in Pisa. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and welcoming stay with genuine hospitality, this B&B is a must-try. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort, charm, and a little extra care.

Staying at La Casermina was an absolute highlight of our trip to Pisa. Francesco, the host, is incredibly warm and attentive—genuinely goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome. The entire property is immaculate, with spotless rooms and bathrooms that feel like a five-star hotel. The Daikin air conditioning works flawlessly, keeping the room perfectly cool throughout the night. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches: free parking just steps away, a well-stocked fridge available 24/7, and a breakfast spread that’s more than generous—coffee, tea, cereals, fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, milk, fruit juices, cookies, and even beer! It’s rare to find such attention to detail in a B&B. The location is ideal for exploring Pisa and nearby towns like Lucca—easy access by train or car. If we ever return to Pisa, this will be our first choice without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect—from the cleanliness to the location, just a short walk from the Piazza dei Miracoli. The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. We stayed in the Tramontana Suite, which was spacious enough for two adults and two children, and came equipped with a small kitchenette—ideal for preparing meals during our stay. The entire experience felt warm and personal, and we’ll definitely remember this trip with a smile. A truly memorable and well-located B&B that offers excellent value.

From the moment we arrived, Andrea, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room design was thoughtfully crafted—calming colors, a dreamy bed, and exceptional comfort immediately made us feel at home. The bathroom felt like a little luxury box: spacious shower area, and thoughtful extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, makeup remover pads, and earplugs—all items you don’t always find even in 4-star hotels. Breakfast was served punctually every morning at 8:00 by Andrea himself—fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The location couldn’t be better: close to public transit and convenient parking, making it easy to explore the Leaning Tower and other top sights. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. Andrea’s kindness, empathy, and professionalism truly stood out. It’s rare to find such warmth and attention to detail. We’ll definitely come back—this is the only place we’ll stay in Pisa from now on.
Window to the Tower
The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and very convenient for exploring the city center. The view from the room is fantastic, and the area is full of charm. However, the service was a major letdown. There was no front desk staff during check-in, and calls went unanswered for hours—after nearly 30 attempts and a wait of about four hours, someone finally responded. It’s frustrating to arrive at a hotel expecting a smooth experience and be left hanging. Despite the excellent location and great views, the lack of basic hospitality really affects the overall impression. Hope they can improve communication and guest support in the future.

Holiday Pisa Gare
We stayed at Holiday Pisa Gare from July 25 to 30 as a family of four, including our friends and a young child. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the train station, making it super easy to get around by foot or public transit. The staff were welcoming and gave us a quick tour with clear explanations. Bathrooms and toilets are shared in common areas, which some guests might find inconvenient, but the morning cleaning team does a solid job keeping things tidy. It’s expected that guests help maintain cleanliness after use—no big issue for us. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, especially when sharing the space with other travelers. There’s also the option to take your meal back to your room if you prefer more privacy. The young woman working breakfast was kind and helpful throughout. Our room was functional and comfortable: a good-sized bed, a fold-out sofa for the kid, plus a TV and desk. The only downside during summer was the lack of air conditioning—closing windows didn’t help much with street noise. But since we left early and returned late every day, and our main goal was just a clean, quiet place to sleep and freshen up, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, we found this stay very budget-friendly and well worth it. If we ever return to Pisa, we’d definitely choose this place again—especially for value without sacrificing basic comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking essentials, a microwave, and a refrigerator—perfect for self-catering. There's also a handy vending machine for drinks. Staff went above and beyond—they were incredibly accommodating, even letting us keep our luggage and hang out in the common areas after check-out. If I had to mention one tiny flaw, it’s that the bathroom light should be switched on from inside rather than outside. At night, when you open or close the door, the sudden bright light can be quite blinding to your roommates. But honestly, this is such a minor detail. Overall, the hostel offers excellent value, great vibes, and top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely come back!
