I stayed at B&B Toscana in Pisa, and while the location is convenient—close to the city center and easy to reach by public transit—the property feels outdated for the price. Accessing both the main gate and our room required codes, which my partner had saved on her phone. Unfortunately, her phone broke unexpectedly, leaving us locked out with no way in. With no front desk staff available, we rang the doorbell for help—and were met with an immediate, aggressive response from the owner. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unpleasant. This kind of treatment has no place in any hospitality setting. The management completely ruined the entire experience. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
