What could have been resolved in just 3–4 minutes turned into a chaotic and emotionally charged confrontation. Her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate—far beyond what one would expect from someone managing a guest accommodation. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience; it deeply affected our experience and cast a shadow over our entire visit to Pisa. The owners’ response afterward only confirmed their lack of professionalism—instead of addressing the issue constructively, they resorted to a long, defensive reply typical of those who avoid accountability. That kind of reaction speaks volumes about their attitude toward guests. For anyone looking for a peaceful, respectful stay in Tuscany, we strongly advise against choosing this property. It’s not worth risking your travel experience over poor management and emotional outbursts.
