This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I have to say, I was truly impressed! The location is excellent—just a short walk from downtown and super convenient for public transit. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the city without needing to travel far. The room was spotless, modern in design, and very comfortable—especially the big window that let in plenty of natural light in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was smooth and quick. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Nearby highlights include UNAM, the stadium, and even the Chinese Embassy—there’s so much to explore within steps. The hotel itself offers a cozy, well-maintained stay with excellent service. The staff are genuinely warm and helpful, and the free shuttle service is a real bonus—especially the driver, Alberto, who went out of his way to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. Don’t miss the Italian restaurant on-site—on Tuesdays, they have a buy-one-get-one pizza deal that’s worth planning your visit around.
