Starlake Managed By Anstay
This stay was absolutely terrible. The room had clearly not been cleaned at all—dust on the surfaces, dirty carpets, and even hair in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the platform left what looked like a mop-like towel hanging on the balcony for us to use. The host was completely unprofessional and inexperienced; when I expressed dissatisfaction, they told me to just call someone myself. That’s not how hospitality works. I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst. Not only is it unclean, but the lack of basic care and communication makes it unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
