There’s no clear information provided in advance about which of the three buildings your unit will be in, so you have to call them directly and then wait quite a while before they come to pick you up. While cleaning is done regularly, it’s not scheduled according to guest preferences—there’s little flexibility there. We were interested in extending our stay and asked if we could arrange it through the platform, but were suddenly quoted over 10 million VND more than what we originally paid. When we mentioned this, they tried multiple times to push us out, likely because they didn’t want to pay the platform fee. It all felt very odd and unprofessional. Despite these issues, we still had a good time overall and appreciated the location and atmosphere.
