This was my first stay at Grandiose Hotel & Spa, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Japanese Street, where there are so many great dining options. I loved how close everything was; I didn’t even need to take a taxi for dinner. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with modern touches that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. But the real highlight? The spa facilities—absolutely luxurious. I spent an hour relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, and honestly, I left feeling completely recharged. For the price, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

I stayed at the Vinhomes Metropolis Luxury Apartment in Hanoi for three days during a business trip, and overall, I was really pleased with the experience—especially considering the location and value. The apartment is located right in the city center, just steps away from Lotte Mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. If you're heading to Hoan Kiem Lake or the Old Quarter, it’s about a 15-minute taxi ride (around $1–2 USD). The unit is part of a high-rise building, and I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout. My room (shown in photos) was clean and well-maintained, while the master bedroom with its private bathroom and bathtub wasn’t captured on camera. Basic amenities were included: disposable toiletries, water dispenser, microwave, 24-hour hot water, and free Wi-Fi—all standard but sufficient. What stood out most was the spaciousness and affordability. It’s perfect for families or groups traveling together, especially if you’re looking for more room than a hotel room offers. However, keep in mind that there’s no front desk service. You only get someone to meet you upon check-in; after that, you’re on your own until checkout. Cleaning is done every three days—extra daily cleaning costs around $4. So if you’re expecting hotel-level attention, this isn’t the place. That said, the price-to-space ratio is unbeatable. The only real downside? The night security staff. During daytime, you can easily follow others into the elevator or ask the front desk or guard for entry. But after 11 or 12 PM, things get tricky. On my first late-night return (around midnight), I had to explain multiple times that I was a guest—eventually gaining access. The second time, arriving at 1 AM, I showed my booking confirmation, the host’s message, and even had the host call the guard directly—but still, the security officer refused entry unless the host personally came down to escort me. I ended up waiting an hour in the lobby. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since the host might be asleep by then. In that case, what would’ve happened? Sleep in the lobby? Definitely not ideal. So if you’re planning to arrive very late, think twice before choosing this property—it’s a major drawback despite everything else being great.

Staying at Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi was an absolute delight! I booked a suite, and it came with so many thoughtful touches—especially the full kitchen setup including a microwave and induction cooker. But what really blew me away was the built-in washer and dryer. Having laundry facilities right in the room made my extended stay so much more convenient. Plus, they even delivered detergent and dishware upon request—no need to go downstairs or hassle with supplies. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. This hotel offers incredible value for the price, and I’d definitely book again. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a home-like feel in the heart of Hanoi.

Staying on the 60th floor was an absolute highlight—the views are breathtaking. Every morning, I could see all the surrounding buildings and the city skyline stretching out in front of me. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with a great attention to detail. Having both a washing machine and dryer was such a convenience, especially for longer stays. Daily housekeeping made everything feel fresh and well-maintained. It’s rare to find such a clean, comfortable, and considerate experience—this place truly stands out. Would definitely recommend and return without hesitation.

Our stay at Reyna Luxury Hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful—always going the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and designed with a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort. I especially loved the morning breakfast spread—fresh, delicious, and varied, with standout highlights like the fluffy omelettes and golden waffles. The hotel’s location is ideal, just steps away from the Hanoi Convention Center, making it perfect for both business travelers and tourists exploring the city. Everything about this place felt premium without being overpriced. It’s clear they care about guest experience. I’d highly recommend Reyna Luxury Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi—it’s a true gem.

Staying at PentStudio West Lake Hanoi was an absolute highlight of my trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect—nestled right by the lake, it's incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it a true retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle. I woke up every morning to birdsong and fresh air, which made the experience so refreshing. Just a short walk away, there’s a large shopping mall and a supermarket, so all essentials were within reach without needing to go far. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained—clean bed linens, modern bathroom fixtures, and thoughtful touches like quality toiletries. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service; they were always ready to help and made me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find such a great balance between comfort, convenience, and hospitality. If you’re looking for a serene, well-located stay in Hanoi with excellent value, this place is absolutely worth booking.

Staying at Moon Hotel for a full month was an absolute delight! From day one, the experience exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the metro and within easy reach of vibrant local markets, restaurants, and attractions. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern touches; the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day exploring Hanoi. I especially appreciated the excellent soundproofing—no noise from the street or neighboring rooms, which made for peaceful nights. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, always ready to assist with recommendations, transportation, or even just a friendly chat. What stood out most was the value for money—this hotel offers luxury-level comfort without the premium price tag. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place truly feels like home. I’d happily return and would highly recommend Moon Hotel to anyone looking for a reliable, well-located, and genuinely welcoming stay in Hanoi.

Staying at Granda Lake View Hotel & Apartment was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short metro ride into the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. What really stood out was the kitchenette in the room: a compact but functional induction stove and a fridge made it super convenient to prepare meals, especially when craving a quick bowl of noodles. It saved me money and gave me more flexibility in my travel schedule. The lake views are stunning, especially in the morning when the mist floats over the water—truly serene. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Cleanliness, comfort, and value for money all hit the mark. I’m already planning my next visit—this place truly feels like home away from home.

This month, our clients have been staying here, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best choices in downtown Hanoi. Located right on Tran Phu Street, a major artery in the city center, getting around is incredibly convenient. There’s a supermarket just across the street and another one nearby—perfect for grabbing essentials without having to travel far. The front desk staff are truly outstanding: friendly, professional, and always smiling. The team members are not only efficient but also charming, making check-in and check-out a pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. With great location, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel offers fantastic value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi—highly satisfied and planning to return.

The property is brand new, and it shows in every detail: spotless rooms, luxurious bedding, excellent air conditioning, and superb soundproofing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive without being intrusive—true hallmark of a world-class brand. From check-in to check-out, the service felt seamless and personalized. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on comfort, style, and convenience. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a premium experience that lives up to its reputation. Highly recommended.

Staying at Grace Hotel & Residence was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the city center and perfect for exploring Hanoi on foot. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent service from the staff. But what truly stood out was the breakfast—it's hands down the best I've had in Hanoi. Fresh, delicious, and full of local flavors, it made my mornings special. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting the city.

The apartment was a perfect stay! The door has an electronic lock that uses a key card—super convenient and secure. Everything you’d need for self-catering is included: fridge, washing machine, microwave, kitchenware, and even basic cooking utensils. The room itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and attentive—from the initial check-in instructions to going over all details before arrival. When unexpected weather forced us to change our flight and check out earlier than planned, the host calmly explained how to return the key card with clear, easy steps. No stress at all. Plus, Lotte Mall Lake Side is just a short walk away—great for shopping and dining. Around the area, there are plenty of local food stalls and casual eateries, making it easy to enjoy authentic Hanoi street food without having to travel far. This place offers excellent value and a truly comfortable home-away-from-home experience.
