Nearby, there are plenty of dining options including McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Burger King, plus grocery stores like Lidl and Mercadona for essentials. The hotel’s connection to Santa Cruz is especially convenient if you want to explore the city center. With great transport links, friendly staff, and a serene vibe, this place truly stood out. We’ll definitely be back!

Right next to the hotel is a major bus station—Line 12 connects directly to the train station, making transfers easy. The room was modern, clean, and well-designed, with great attention to detail. What really stood out was the staff—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in early, around 11 AM, completely free of charge—a lovely surprise! Breakfast was excellent—plenty of options, and the highlight was the made-to-order waffles that were fresh, warm, and delicious. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return.
