The Line 3 bus takes you straight to Plaza de España, and from there, it’s just a short walk to the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, the Metropol Parasol, and the lively streets of the old town. Right next to the hotel is a major bus station—Line 12 connects directly to the train station, making transfers easy. The room was modern, clean, and well-designed, with great attention to detail. What really stood out was the staff—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in early, around 11 AM, completely free of charge—a lovely surprise! Breakfast was excellent—plenty of options, and the highlight was the made-to-order waffles that were fresh, warm, and delicious. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return.
