The only minor note is that the room was right off the reception area, so there was some noise when we first went to bed—though this came from other guests, not the hotel itself. Breakfast was outstanding—plentiful and delicious! We had two sausages, two eggs, black pudding, a hash brown, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, plus toast. The only slightly odd thing was that tea and coffee weren’t included in the breakfast and had to be paid extra. Still, considering everything else, the value for money was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again. One small suggestion: some corridor carpets could use replacing, but since I only experienced the rooms I was assigned, I can only speak from my own perspective. Overall, a very pleasant and well-run place.
