Even having a drink in your room triggered constant attention from security staff, making it feel oppressive and unwelcoming. The location is decent and close to public transit, but the overall atmosphere and treatment of guests were far from comfortable or respectful. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Avoid at all costs.

A huge thank you to Suhayl, Bongani, Siya, Frank, Nthando, Blessing, and everyone else on staff—you all played a part in making my stay unforgettable. The rooms are beautiful, the hospitality warm and personal, and there’s a quiet charm here that’s hard to find anywhere else. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit.
