The only downside was the parking wait time—there were even some tense moments between guests waiting for spots, so I hope they can improve the parking system. The next day, we had an early high-speed train departure and were feeling under the weather, so we wanted to check out early and cancel two rooms. To our surprise, the front desk offered a free late check-out until 4 PM with no extra charge—such thoughtful service! This level of care truly made our experience unforgettable.
