Free parking is a big plus, and being just a 5-minute walk from the metro station makes exploring the city effortless. This hotel offers outstanding value for money and a memorable stay. This was my second stay at Kempinski Residences Guangzhou, and I was thrilled to run into Justin again at the front desk—his friendly demeanor and excellent service made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and answered every question with care. The room itself is spacious and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable feel. The housekeeping staff were also exceptionally polite and professional—always smiling and respectful during their rounds. One thing to note: breakfast seating fills up quickly, and by 9 AM, there’s already a line forming. It would be great if the restaurant could extend breakfast hours during peak times. On the parking side, while the system prompts you to notify the front desk before exiting, both times I left, there was no staff present at the gate. I had to walk back to the front desk, where I was asked for my room number and name again, then waited while they verified my details. This process felt unnecessarily time-consuming, especially since many other hotels allow self-service exits via QR code or license plate recognition. A simple upgrade to the exit system would significantly improve guest experience and efficiency. Overall, a fantastic stay—just a few small improvements needed.
