The location is perfect—just a short walk from Dongmen Old Street, with countless dining options nearby, so you can eat well whether on a budget or splurging. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help—truly made the stay special. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. Highly recommended!

Its location is unbeatable—right next to the metro station and Shenzhen Railway Station, making travel to Hong Kong incredibly convenient. The breakfast spread is generous and diverse, offering a great mix of local and international options. The outdoor pool is clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. Even though it's not indoor, the upkeep makes it a standout feature. Everything about this stay felt premium and thoughtfully designed. I’d definitely return—highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

On the first day, each table received a portion of abalone—rich, tender, and deliciously fresh. The second day’s salt-and-pepper shrimp was good, though not quite as memorable. But what really stood out was the service: every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and proactively asked if we needed anything. Their genuine hospitality made the entire experience feel personalized and special. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend and return to.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service—attentive, thoughtful, and always going the extra mile. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.

They serve drinks starting at noon, which is a great touch for guests who enjoy a cocktail or two, and the pastries are absolutely delicious—well-crafted and fresh. The room layout is excellent, with amazing views that make the stay so enjoyable. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. When I mentioned that my large Labubu birthday cake wouldn’t fit in the room fridge, Manager Jack at the front desk immediately offered a solution—he had a larger staff-only fridge available to store the cake safely until after dinner. He personally ensured it was stored properly, which showed real care and attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was impressive—fresh, diverse, and delicious. I also extended my check-out time, and receptionist Xiao Min handled everything smoothly with a warm smile and even handed me a little gift. Every touch felt personal and thoughtful. From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen.
