Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.

There’s also a laundry facility and a coffee machine for those morning rituals. The room itself has great natural light thanks to the window, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being too cold or too warm. We stayed here while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and chose this property because of its convenient location near Futian. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a small welcome gift—such a sweet touch! All toiletries were provided, including new toothbrushes, which showed great attention to detail. Compared to the compact rooms in Hong Kong, this space felt much more spacious and comfortable. It’s a fantastic value for the price. If we ever come back to Shenzhen, we’ll definitely book here again. Highly recommended!
