Booked a double room with an excellent package that included Häagen-Dazs afternoon tea and breakfast for two adults and one child—great value for money. While the hotel’s interior design isn’t overly modern, the ambiance is warm and inviting, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance throughout the lobby and corridors. The room was spotless, with zero unpleasant odors—just clean and comfortable. I noticed many international guests during my stay, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s global appeal. The buffet breakfast area may not have the flashiest decor, but the service truly stood out. The manager and staff were attentive, friendly, and proactive—always checking in, refilling drinks, and ensuring everything was well-organized. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. We stayed here while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and chose this property because of its convenient location near Futian.
