The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.

Staying at Zunxiang·Yaju (Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center Gangxia Branch) was an absolute delight. Located just steps from Gangxia Station, this property sits right at the crossroads of Line 1 (Luobao Line) and Line 10 (BanDian Line), making commuting incredibly convenient. While exit C is still closed, you can easily access the street level via Exit 8 of Liancheng Xintiandi—just take the escalator or elevator up. The area is well-connected: underground passages link directly to Convention & Exhibition Center Station and Shopping Park Station, and nearby shopping hubs like Zhuoyue Center make it easy to run errands or grab a bite. I was assigned a mid-to-high floor room with fantastic views. Waking up to soft morning sunlight streaming through the window, with a gentle breeze brushing across the balcony, truly set the tone for a refreshing day. Even though some traffic noise can be heard during the day (even with windows closed), it’s minimal and not disruptive. Room amenities are thoughtfully designed—ample outlets around the room, bedside tables on both sides of the bed for convenience, and excellent lighting that makes reading or using your phone comfortable without eye strain. There’s also a bedside switch so you don’t have to get up to turn off the light. Cleanliness is top-notch—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. A small suggestion: the washing machine filter could use more frequent cleaning, and refilling laundry detergent would be appreciated. Also, while there are hangers provided, adding a few clothespins would make drying small items much easier. Water pressure and flow are average—nothing extraordinary, but perfectly usable once you adjust to the local standard. The bathroom doesn’t feature a full wet/dry separation, but it dries quickly after use, which is a big plus. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value with its unbeatable location, comfort, and attention to detail. Highly recommend for travelers visiting Shenzhen’s central business district.
