The holiday atmosphere at Lake View Hotel in Beijing was absolutely incredible—right from the moment we stepped in, the decorations were festive and beautifully done. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Manager Du went above and beyond by personally arranging rooms for our family on the same floor and next to each other, which made everything so much easier with kids in tow. Even before we asked, he had already prepared child-sized toiletries and slippers—such a thoughtful touch! It’s clear that attention to detail is taken seriously here.
