The stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The sofas in the room were visibly worn and torn, showing signs of heavy use with no maintenance. The towels had a strange, unpleasant odor—definitely not fresh or clean. The room itself lacked basic cleanliness; I noticed dust on the floors and surfaces, and the bathroom didn’t feel properly sanitized. While the location is convenient for getting around Jaipur and the metro access is good, the poor upkeep of the rooms really dragged down the experience. It’s hard to justify the price point when hygiene and comfort are so lacking. A few upgrades in cleaning standards and furniture condition would go a long way in improving guest satisfaction.
