The moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a familiar sense of care, as if a thoughtful mother had just welcomed her long-travelled child back. The staff went above and beyond by upgrading our room without hesitation and even surprised our little one with a breakfast voucher. After checking in, the front desk called to check if everything was satisfactory—small gestures, but they truly made our stay feel personal and cherished.
The robot concierge and smart Xiao Du in the room became instant favourites for our child. Watching them interact with the tech, giggling at responses and enjoying the delivery service, reminded us how much fun technology can be when it’s thoughtfully designed with warmth and purpose. It wasn’t just convenience—it felt like a friend on duty.
On our second day, we had a minor hiccup with a ride-hailing driver who passed our location. Just as we were starting to worry, the front desk agent picked up the phone, calmly coordinated with the driver, and then personally stepped outside to help us locate the car. A tiny bottle of laundry detergent by the sink became our go-to solution for hand-washing clothes—simple, practical, and unexpectedly helpful. And through the room’s digital app, we could freely access free disposable amenities. I’ve stayed at countless hotels, but never have I experienced such consistent attention to small yet meaningful details.
In the evening, we received a gentle message asking if we’d like a warm night-time porridge or a signature cocktail. We opted for the porridge—warm, comforting, and enjoyed by everyone in the room, kids included. It was a quiet moment of joy, one that reminded us how thoughtful hospitality can touch your heart.
When it came time to check out, the hotel kindly extended our departure time without prompting, allowing us to pack up calmly and leave with peace of mind. No rush, no pressure—just genuine consideration.
