The Prestige Al-Masaher Hotel is an excellent choice, especially for those visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj. The room was comfortable for three people, but it felt a bit cramped with four guests. The on-site restaurant offers a great dining experience—while a meal costs around 35 SAR, the food quality, portion size, and local flavors make it worth every dirham. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Grand Mosque, and getting there by metro is straightforward. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere make this stay memorable. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and value in a central location.

Staying at Rizq Palace Hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience. Despite being an economical option, the hotel offers five-star quality facilities and attentive service—something truly impressive. Located just about 1,300 meters from the Haram, it’s incredibly convenient for pilgrims or visitors wanting to be close to the holy site. The location is peaceful, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff go the extra mile to ensure comfort. With such reasonable rates and a high level of hospitality, this place offers outstanding value. I truly loved my stay and would definitely return without hesitation.

The Al Rawda Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Located just a short distance from the city center, it's incredibly convenient for exploring Mecca. My room offered a stunning mountain view that made every morning feel peaceful and inspiring. The bed was comfortable, and the interior design was elegant yet simple—perfectly balanced colors created a calming atmosphere. All essential amenities were thoughtfully provided, from quality toiletries to reliable hot water and climate control. Visited in October and arrived earlier than check-in time, but didn’t have to wait long for a room—exactly what you need after a long journey. The Wi-Fi in the lobby is solid, though it slows down significantly in the room. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Haram, but keep in mind you’ll still need to walk further to reach the Ka’bah, which can be hot and crowded, especially during peak times. Overall, the hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and the price offered great value for money. I’d definitely recommend this place for solo travelers or small groups looking for a reliable, no-frills stay close to the holy site.

Staying at Namma Mawaddah Hotel was an absolutely outstanding experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the holy sites, making it ideal for pilgrims or visitors exploring Mecca. Despite being a budget-friendly option, the hospitality truly exceeded expectations. From the warm welcome to the attentive staff, every detail felt thoughtfully cared for. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious, especially considering the building’s height—over 15 floors with quiet, peaceful vibes on higher levels. Everything about this hotel, from the service to the facilities, was far better than I anticipated. If I ever return to Mecca, there’s no doubt I’ll book here again without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, value, and genuine warmth in a spiritual city.

Staying at Askant Golden Hotel was an excellent experience. The hotel is incredibly close to the Haram, making it super convenient for pilgrims and visitors alike—just a short walk from the sacred site. Located right on the main street, it's easy to navigate and access nearby amenities. The property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything about this hotel felt welcoming and well-maintained. With its prime location and high standards, it’s definitely a top choice if you're visiting Mecca.

I wish I could give a negative rating lower than 2 out of 10. This hotel was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The staff were unfriendly and condescending, making guests feel unwelcome rather than cared for. There was no room service available at all—something that’s expected even in budget accommodations. The surrounding area was unpleasantly smelly and poorly maintained, giving the whole place a rundown feel. For elderly travelers or those with mobility issues, there were no wheelchairs provided, which is a major concern during a pilgrimage. I’d strongly recommend anyone with a choice to spend a bit extra on a better-rated, more considerate hotel. This one is not worth it—not even close.

During Hajj 2024, we were walking under extreme heat from Jamarat when the temperature soared to 50°C and we ran out of water. At our breaking point, we stumbled upon Sidqie Street, where Rawasi Al Barakah was the only hotel with its doors open—welcoming us in without hesitation. They not only gave us shelter from the scorching sun but also provided plenty of water, which helped us recover just in time before continuing our journey to Makkah. Their kindness made all the difference—we were truly on the verge of heatstroke, and their support literally saved us. Even more impressive, they distributed bottled water to other travelers struggling on the street, showing genuine compassion in a moment of crisis. It’s rare to witness such selfless hospitality, especially in such harsh conditions. We’re deeply grateful for their humanity and generosity. May this hotel and its staff be blessed abundantly by Allah. From Melbourne, Australia.

I strongly discourage staying at this hotel—it's infested with bed bugs, making the entire experience a nightmare. The cleanliness is extremely poor, and despite being close to the Haram, that’s the only redeeming factor. Rooms are tiny with no closets, and the dining area uses plastic plates and cutlery—very low quality. Overall, it’s a disappointing stay, and I’d give it a rating below zero.
