Staying at the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the staff went above and beyond with their professionalism, warm welcome, and attention to every little detail—making us feel truly at home. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and the view overlooking the Grand Mosque was absolutely breathtaking, bringing a deep sense of peace. Being just a short walk from the Haram makes it incredibly convenient for prayers and visiting the holy site. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, and the hospitality team was always ready to assist with a smile. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtful and exceptional. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah, and I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip. Truly a gem in the heart of the holy city.

The view of the Grand Mosque from my room was absolutely unforgettable. Every time I looked out, I felt a deep sense of peace and connection to the sacred space. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk or quick metro ride to the heart of Mecca. Clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, it truly offers a serene retreat. Staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. This wasn’t just a place to sleep—it was an experience that left a lasting impression. I’d return in a heartbeat.

My stay at Le Méridien Makkah was truly exceptional. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable—every detail was thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. What stood out most was the warm and attentive service from the staff—they were always ready to help, whether it was with recommendations or assisting with travel arrangements. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. Located just minutes away from the holy sites, the hotel offers both convenience and tranquility. It’s one of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Grand Mosque, making it ideal for pilgrims or visitors wanting easy access. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering comfort and peace of mind throughout my visit. The only minor drawback was the elevator—it’s quite slow and sometimes seems to act on its own, which can be a bit frustrating when you’re in a hurry. But honestly, that small issue doesn’t take away from the overall excellence of the experience. The hospitality, cleanliness, and convenience make this hotel stand out. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah.

Staying at Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thaker Algharbi was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly, attentive service—always ready to help with anything we needed. What stood out the most was the hotel’s convenient location just a short distance from the Haram Mosque. Whether walking or taking the metro, getting to the holy site was quick and stress-free, which made our visit much more comfortable, especially during peak times. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you’d expect for a pleasant stay. With its great value and top-notch hospitality, this hotel is definitely a standout choice for anyone visiting Makkah. I’d happily recommend it to fellow travelers.

Everything about this stay was exceptional—truly impressive from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond with their professionalism and warm hospitality, especially Saud, Hassan, Nouf, and Ali, who made our experience unforgettable. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly set the tone for a memorable visit. The location is perfect, just steps away from key sites in Makkah, making it incredibly convenient for pilgrims and travelers alike. Clean, well-maintained rooms, excellent service, and an atmosphere of serenity—it’s no wonder this place earns every bit of its 10/10 rating. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah.

Staying at Askant Golden Hotel was an excellent experience. The hotel is incredibly close to the Haram, making it super convenient for pilgrims and visitors alike—just a short walk from the sacred site. Located right on the main street, it's easy to navigate and access nearby amenities. The property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything about this hotel felt welcoming and well-maintained. With its prime location and high standards, it’s definitely a top choice if you're visiting Mecca.

I wish I could give a negative rating lower than 2 out of 10. This hotel was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The staff were unfriendly and condescending, making guests feel unwelcome rather than cared for. There was no room service available at all—something that’s expected even in budget accommodations. The surrounding area was unpleasantly smelly and poorly maintained, giving the whole place a rundown feel. For elderly travelers or those with mobility issues, there were no wheelchairs provided, which is a major concern during a pilgrimage. I’d strongly recommend anyone with a choice to spend a bit extra on a better-rated, more considerate hotel. This one is not worth it—not even close.

During Hajj 2024, we were walking under extreme heat from Jamarat when the temperature soared to 50°C and we ran out of water. At our breaking point, we stumbled upon Sidqie Street, where Rawasi Al Barakah was the only hotel with its doors open—welcoming us in without hesitation. They not only gave us shelter from the scorching sun but also provided plenty of water, which helped us recover just in time before continuing our journey to Makkah. Their kindness made all the difference—we were truly on the verge of heatstroke, and their support literally saved us. Even more impressive, they distributed bottled water to other travelers struggling on the street, showing genuine compassion in a moment of crisis. It’s rare to witness such selfless hospitality, especially in such harsh conditions. We’re deeply grateful for their humanity and generosity. May this hotel and its staff be blessed abundantly by Allah. From Melbourne, Australia.

I strongly discourage staying at this hotel—it's infested with bed bugs, making the entire experience a nightmare. The cleanliness is extremely poor, and despite being close to the Haram, that’s the only redeeming factor. Rooms are tiny with no closets, and the dining area uses plastic plates and cutlery—very low quality. Overall, it’s a disappointing stay, and I’d give it a rating below zero.

My stay at Maather Al Jewar Hotel was absolutely disappointing. The air conditioning didn't work at all, making the room extremely uncomfortable and almost unbearable during the heat. The room itself was not clean—there were visible signs of neglect, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in days. There was no luggage pickup service offered, so I had to carry my heavy bags myself through the hotel and into the room, which was very inconvenient. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional—my requests for help were ignored or met with rude attitudes. Customer service was practically nonexistent. Overall, this experience was far below expectations. For such a high-profile location in Mecca, the standard of cleanliness, comfort, and service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

The Prestige Al-Masaher Hotel is an excellent choice, especially for those visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj. The room was comfortable for three people, but it felt a bit cramped with four guests. The on-site restaurant offers a great dining experience—while a meal costs around 35 SAR, the food quality, portion size, and local flavors make it worth every dirham. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Grand Mosque, and getting there by metro is straightforward. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere make this stay memorable. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and value in a central location.
