The manager from Korea was absolutely fantastic—truly the highlight of our stay. He noticed we were a family of four and kindly offered us a room upgrade at a very reasonable price, which made our trip even more special. Our family room had three beds—a large one and two smaller ones—plus plenty of space to move around comfortably. It felt like a home away from home. Everything about this hotel was perfect, and I’d happily give it five stars just for the exceptional service.
