Even though it's not a brand-new property, Shangri-La still delivers the reliable luxury I've come to expect. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of space—especially the executive suite, which had a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa that could easily double as a guest bed. The view from the suite was impressive, offering a great outlook over the city skyline. One of the highlights was access to the Executive Lounge. While the happy hour offerings weren’t extensive, the selection was solid—great for grabbing a bite and a drink after a long day. Overall, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service, comfort, and attention to detail all reflect the high standards this hotel is known for. Definitely a top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Coming to Tianjin for two main reasons: catching some local xiangsheng comedy and checking out the famous Xibei Jiao breakfast street — both lived up to expectations, with amazing performances and delicious food. The hotel is located right in the bustling Aqua City area, surrounded by vibrant street life and authentic city energy. The staff went above and beyond — especially Manager Xiao Meng at reception, who gave us great tips on photo spots and even helped us explore Jin Street, including the fun tradition of stepping on copper coins.
